This service builds upon the previous two packages by adding administrative coordination. After you receive your prepared documents, you may authorize us to send them directly to your physician on your behalf. For this purpose you only need to provide accurate contact details for the physician and your explicit consent for these actions.

We send the prepared documents, including the main report and the informational physician referral protocol, via email or fax using the contact details you provide. The documents are accompanied by a standard introductory letter informing the physician that one of their patients is sharing these materials for review. For additional reassurance we make a one-time phone call or send an email to the physician or their staff to confirm that the documents have been received.

It is important to understand the nature of this coordination. It is strictly administrative and limited solely to the transmission of documents. We do not engage in medical discussions, interpretations, or advice with the physician, we do not discuss your health condition, and we do not provide any recommendations regarding treatment or therapy. Our actions are solely intended to notify the physician that documents provided by their patient are available.

In this way you receive the complete service, as all prepared documents are sent both to your email address and directly to your treating physician using the contact details you provided. This saves you administrative effort and provides reassurance that the information has reached the correct recipient in an official and traceable manner.

You receive officially signed documents with a qualified electronic signature, additionally validated through an online verification method. This two-step verification with a signature and a unique code can be used for official presentation to any doctor or institution to confirm the authenticity of the documents.

As an additional bonus to the service, you can receive all your official documents in a second language as well.
